This program will acquaint/update you on legal nuances that are critical in clinical teaching.  You will gain knowledge related to negligence and malpractice, liability, standards for clinical educators, rights of students and faculty, and compliance issues. Content also includes such timely issues as due process, anecdotal notes, documentation, clinical warnings, notification of higher-ups, confidentiality regulations and the use of social media.
