2010-2011: Member of the Varsity eight that made semi-finals at Dad Vail’s. Member of the Second Varsity four which finished third at the Knect Cup. Member of the Varsity eight which finished first at Metro Cup in Winter Park, Florida.
2009-2010: Rowed in Freshman four that made semi-finals at Dad Vail’s.
Background:Played Football for five years at Punahou. Started on the Offensive Line at Right Tackle (#74) for the Punahou Buff ‘n Blue. Member of the Canoe Paddling team for four years. Started in three (ekolu) seat for the Buff ‘n Blue, which included an undefeated seasonand ILH (Interscholastic League of Honolulu) Medal my senior year in 2009. Awards include the MIP (Most Inspirational Player) Award in 2006, Senior Award in 2008,Step-Up Award in 2008, State Championship Player of the Game Award in 2008, and the President’s Award in 2009.
Personal: Bornand raised in Nu’uanu, Hawaii. Son of Bonnie and Pete Hamilton. Grandson of Wanda Au and Barney Miura. Majoring in History and minoring in Japanese.
