Healthcare ethics and end of life issues are constant hot-topics in the media today. Barbara Ott, PhD, RN is an expert in this field and has performed extensive research on topics such as death and dying, ethical decision making and ethical decision making in healthcare. Dr. Ott is an active member of and post-operative nurse for Operation Smile, a worldwide children’s charity and health organization that helps treat facial deformities. Dr. Ott can also speak to cultural and religious diversity in health care.
