Participant Bios

Christopher Strunk ’98 VLS, Partner, Gordon & Rees LLP

Mr. Strunk has worked with a wide variety of startup business ventures in selecting an appropriate business organization, including LLCs, partnerships, sole proprietorships and S-Corps, and supporting those entities in their day-to-day operations for the last ten years. His responsibilities include conducting internal shareholder meetings and negotiating and drafting a wide variety of agreements and contracts, including operating agreements, compensation agreements, vesting schedules, licensing agreements, rights agreements, and confidentiality agreements. In addition, Mr. Strunk has broad experience handling complex commercial and environmental litigation.  

Fidel D. Nwamu ’98, Principal, Nwamu, PC

For nearly 20 years, Mr. Nwamu has provided critical patent and trademark protection to clients having drafted and prosecuted numerous patent and trademark applications. Mr. Nwamu has worked with Townsend and Townsend and Crew, formerly one of the largest Intellectual Property firms on the West Coast, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in Philadelphia.

Kevin Lazorik '00, Vice President and Co-Founder of Hero Digital 

Mr. Lazorik is Vice President and Co-Founder of Hero Digital, a Digital Agency headquartered in San Francisco.  Hero creates digital solutions to elevate brands and experiences for businesses worldwide.  Prior to launching Hero, Mr. Lazorik worked at a variety of organizations ranging from multi-national Fortune 50 companies to Series A funded startups.  He has served in various roles including engineering, sales and business development, as well as client services and delivery.  Mr. Lazorik obtained his BS in Computer Science from Villanova University in 2000 and his MBA from Penn State in 2006.
