Edmund Mullin ’66 VLS, co-chair of the Real Estate and Land Use Department at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, has been appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County to be a Master for the Tax Assessment Appeal Mediation Program. The voluntary program is designed to reduce the backlog of assessment appeal cases pending before the court.
