From New York and New England

Take the New Jersey Turnpike (95) to Exit 6, Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) Exit. Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike Westbound to Exit 20 (Mid-County Interchange) I-476 South/Chester. Follow I-476 South to Exit 13, US 30-St. David's/Villanova. At the bottom of the off-ramp turn right onto Route 30 East, also known as Lancaster Avenue. Proceed east on Route 30 for one-half mile and at the fourth traffic light make a left onto N Spring Mill Road/ PA-320. Follow N Spring Mill Road/ PA-320 for one-half mile and make a right immediately after the bridge, following the Villanova University West Campus sign. Follow the curve under N Spring Mill Road/ PA-320. After the stop sign at the bottom of the hill, proceed to the Guard Shack to obtain a visitor's parking pass. Parking at St. Mary Hall requires a visitor's parking pass. Take the steps from the parking lot and continue through the courtyard with 4 benches and the statue of St. Joseph to the double doors. Make a left and we are in Suite 163, the double doors on your right.

From the West

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I-76 to Exit 326 - Valley Forge. Take I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to Exit 331A , I-476 South/Chester to Exit 13, US 30-St. David's/Villanova. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn right onto Route 30 East, also known as Lancaster Avenue. Proceed east on Route 30 for one-half mile and at the fourth traffic light make a left onto N Spring Mill Road/ PA-320. From the South

Take I-95 North to Exit 7, I-476 North-Plymouth Meeting. By Train/Trolley

Via Regional Rail

Take AMTRAK to 30th Street Station in Center City Philadelphia. Take SEPTA's Regional Rail Line, R5 (Paoli Local) to Villanova Station - directly on campus. We are located on the the corner of N Spring Mill Road and County Line Road, approximately a five minute walk from the station.

Via Suburban Rail

SEPTA's Route 100 Line travels between Norristown and 69th Street Terminal. You may get on or off the Route 100 trolley at the Villanova Station. We are located on the the corner of N Spring Mill Road and County Line Road, approximately a five minute walk from the station.

Mindful Mondays

Experience the wellness benefits of practicing mindfulness on a regular basis. Mindfulness meditation sessions run every Monday from 12:30-1:00pm in the Health Services Building, Room 200.
