Benefits Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for the 2014-2015 plan year will be open from April 15 through April 30, 2014

Open Enrollment Help Sessions will be held in St. Mary’s Hall, Suite 163, on the following dates:

At these sessions, you will be able to view your current benefit elections and make any benefit plan open enrollment changes.  Please bring with your email username and password when you attend a help session.

Wellness Fair

Attend the Wellness Fair on Tuesday April 15th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, in Connelly Center We have a terrific schedule of events so please plan to join us! Raffles will be held for items which include an iPad mini, Kindle Fire, basketball tickets and more! For those of you that participated in the Personal Health Assessment and Health Screening campaign, attendance will qualify you for 10 NOVAfit! incentive points.

There will be two walks, noon and another at 1:00, meeting point is at the OREO. A light lunch will be provided

After you complete the walk enter your name in a raffle to be eligible to win an IPAD or KINDLE FIRE!!!!

Pedometers and T-shirts will be available at the Wellness Fair on Tuesday, April 15 in the Villanova Room from 9-3

myNOVA: Update your address or phone number, view and print your pay stub, or check on your available vacation time and more on the Work@VU tab on myNova. Use your LDAP/email user name and password to login.

Employment: View our job postings and apply for positions at our online hiring site. Villanova managers should log into our internal hiring site to create and approve electronic requisitions, and view applications.

Hotline: If you have a complaint or concern you would like to report anonymously, please contact the Ethics Point Hotline which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  The hotline, provided through a third party, allows you to report any instance of misconduct in the workplace or classroom setting due to mismanagement of funds, fraud or other violation of law or University policy.

Mindful Mondays

Experience the wellness benefits of practicing mindfulness on a regular basis. Mindfulness meditation sessions run every Monday from 12:30-1:00pm in the Health Services Building, Room 200.
