Elizabeth (Beth) works in Global Human Resources at QVC as a Project Coordinator, providing project management support for new market expansion. Beth’s work entails the creation and management of project plans, definition documents, issues lists and timelines for various projects within the functions of Global Mobility and Global Client Services. Beth’s work focuses on ways to work more efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders (both domestic and abroad) so that the Global Human Resources function can best contribute to and support the business.

Previously Beth worked as a Training Coordinator at a resort owned and operated by the University of Virginia called The Boar’s Head in Charlottesville, VA. Beth led resort-wide Onboarding initiatives and implemented Four Diamond Guest Service training to ensure guests received consistent Four Diamond service across the resort. Beth got her start in Human Resources as an Employee Relations Assistant at Hershey’s Chocolate World.

Beth graduated from Villanova University where she was enrolled in the Honors Program, completing her BA in English with a minor in Spanish. She studied abroad in Madrid, Spain as a Connelly-Delouvrier International Scholar and completed a 9-month intensive fellowship called the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs in partnership with Carnegie Mellon during her first year after graduation.

Beth was a former pre-professional ballerina and despite walking away from the art, enjoys keeping up with physical fitness, eating things she shouldn’t and spending time with close friends and family.
