Welcome to the Financial Affairs Office

The departments which comprise Financial Affairs at Villanova University are responsible for ensuring that the University’s financial resources are properly utilized in support of the University’s mission and strategic objectives. Financial Affairs consists of the following departments, all of which report to the Associate Vice President, Finance and Controller: the Budget Office, the Bursar’s Office, the Controller’s Office, Financial Information Systems, Insurance and Risk Management, the Payroll Office, and the Procurement Office.

Collectively, these departments are responsible for developing the University’s financial plans, implementing processes and systems that properly account for the University’s financial activity, ensuring that the collection and disbursement of funds by the University occurs in an efficient, cost effective manner, and maintaining an environment of sound internal controls and prudent risk management.
