Continuing Studies Transcript Requests

Continuing Studies students who completed online coursework via BISK, please access your online record at  Log into your student account directly from the Classroom Login option on the left navigation pane.

 You may also fax a VUUA Transcript Request form (below) directly to BISK at 1-800-576-8532.
** Please remember to SIGN the Transcript Request Form.   We cannot honor requests that do not bear the student's signature.

Villanova University On Line Continuing Studies Transcript Request Form

Continuing Studies Transcripts are delivered either through the integrated eSCRIP-SAFE® Global Electronic Transcript Delivery Network or by traditional mail delivery.  Transcript orders are fulfilled through the Office of Continuing Studies.  All financial obligations must be cleared before any transcript request will be honored.  Please note that if your attendance at Villanova University began prior to January 1, 1999, your transcript is available in paper format only (i.e., electronic delivery is not available).

Current Students can access the on-line transcript request form via the Student tab on the myNOVA portal.

  • Log into myNOVA
  • Select the Student tab
  • From the My Schedule and Registration channel,
    select Order a Transcript
  • From the menu items select Continuing Studies Transcript Request.

Former Students 
select to create an account and order an academic transcript.   You will use this same account to place future orders.  Federal law (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) requires that you provide a signed consent form when you initially set up your account.  Follow the instructions for submitting your consent form as you create your personal account.  You are required to submit a consent form only once.

Current and former students may order official paper transcripts in person from the Office of Continuing Studies, Vasey Hall, Room 108. Please pay $3.00 per transcript and $3.00 per unique transcript address by check, money order (payable to Villanova University) or cash.

Print, complete, and mail a VUCS Transcript Request Form (below) to:

Instructors, please check your spring 2017 course enrollment lists for attendance.

myNOVA to view class lists from the Faculty Dashboard (located on the Faculty tab page).

Contact the Office of the Registrar at to report students listed on your class list that have never attended or have stopped attending.  It is the student's responsibility to obtain an authorized withdrawal from his/her College advisement (dean's) office; otherwise a penalty grade will be given.

Students may not attend courses unless they are officially registered and enrolled as indicated on the class list.   Please advise non-enrolled students attending your courses that they may not attend the course without prior registration. Please report non-enrolled students attending your course to the Office of the Registrar at

Fall 2016 Incomplete (N) Grade Deadlines
Instructors: Grade Changes Requests for fall 2016 coursework are due no later than Friday, February 10, 2017.  See Grade Change Workflow located under Policies and Procedures, for instructions to submit change of grade.
