All students must be fully registered for courses currently in session.
Instructors, please check your spring 2018 class lists for attendance.
Go to myNOVA and enter 'Class List' in the search field. Click on the Class List task item. From there you will be directed to NOVASIS (log in required). Make sure you are accessing the Spring 2018 term to view current class lists.
Contact the Office of the Registrar at email@example.com to report students listed on your class list that have never attended or have stopped attending. It is the student's responsibility to obtain an authorized withdrawal from his/her College advisement office; otherwise a penalty grade will be given.
Students may not attend courses unless they are officially registered, as indicated on the class list. Please advise non-registered students attending courses that they may not attend the course. Please report non-registered students attending courses to the Office of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fall 2017 Incomplete (N) Grade Deadlines
Students: Those carrying an incomplete (N) grade for fall 2017 coursework must submit work to their instructor no later than Friday, January 26, 2018.
Instructors: Grade Changes Requests for fall 2017 coursework are due no later than Friday, February 9, 2018. See Grade Change Workflow located under Policies and Procedures, for instructions to submit change of grade.
