Aerospace Engineering Minor

Offered through the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Aerospace Engineering minor is open to all engineering students who satisfy the prerequisites for the list of required courses.

The minor requires the successful completion of 10 classes (30 credits), seven (7) of which are required, two (2) of which are elective courses and one (1) ME Concentration course.

ME 5207 - Orbital Mechanics
ME 5xxx - Aerospace Propulsion

 

3. One ME Concentration Elective Course

 

NOTE: Students pursuing the minor and Aerospace engineering are required to take an additional ME/Concentration elective for their BSME degree. The total number of technical electives to be taken for the Aerospace minor and BSME degree is five (5).
