Registration dates are determined by the Registrar's Office. All students must obtain their PIN from their academic advisor or they will not be able to access the online registration system in NOVASIS. Students must be aware that only their academic advisor is authorized to provide the registration PIN. No staff member, administrative assistant, dean or associate dean, other faculty member, or chairman should be approached for this purpose. It is the students’ responsibility to contact their academic advisor during the time of advising to schedule an advising meeting at which their PIN will be provided.
Before you meet with your adviser to get your PIN, prepare for your meeting by obtaining the next sequence of courses for which you should be registering. This information can be found on the individual departmental web sites.
New Incoming Freshman
New freshman will not need to register for courses. Fall course schedules are prepared by the Registrar's Office in August. New freshman students will receive their schedules in NOVASIS. If you have tested for any AP courses, be sure that Villanova University is listed as a score recipient on your official grade report from the testing service.
