Graduation

The procedure for ensuring that your name is included on the University graduation list is outlined below.  Following these instructions will assist us and you in the diploma distribution process.

  1. After you have completed your registration for the Spring semester, pick up a copy of your CAPP compliance (degree audit) in your department office.*
  2. Carefully examine your CAPP compliance to be sure that every requirement is filled in, either with a completed course or a registration for all majors, minors, and concentrations. Sign and date the compliance.
  3. Review the compliance with your advisor; and ask him/her to sign it.
  4. Make arrangements to meet with the Degree Verification Committee member in your department (see list below).* Take the signed compliance with you. Your department Degree Verification Committee member will either verify that your requirements are complete or he will advise you how to complete your requirements for May graduation.

CHE Dr. Dorothy Skaf *The advisor will deliver the signed compliance to the Degree Verification Committee who will be in contact if there are any issues.
