Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering
The MS in Biochemical Engineering program is intended to provide students with the knowledge necessary to enter into the Pharmaceutical/Biomedical industry prepared to succeed. This degree can be obtained either part-time or full time, and includes courses such as: Biochemical Engineering I and II, Biomaterials & Drug Delivery, Systems Biology and Biopharm Facility Design.

Master of Science in Civil Engineering
The MS in Civil Engineering program stresses modern engineering methods for the solution of detailed and complex problems and emphasizes the concepts of analysis and design coupled with engineering judgment. Fields of concentration are environmental, geotechnical, structural, transportation, and water resources. Courses include: Hazardous Waste Management, Transportation Planning and Operation, Foundation Engineering, Bridge Design, Earthquake Engineering, and Open and Closed Hydraulics.
Master of Science in Computer Engineering
In conjunction with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the MS in Computer Engineering program embraces a strong faculty-student interaction where students can develop greater technical competence in specialty areas, including digital systems and VLSI design, software engineering, computer systems architecture and design, and image processing. More than 30 courses include: Advanced Computer Architecture, Multimedia Systems, VLSI Design, Digital Signal Processing, Communication Networks, Cloud Computing, and Software Reliability.
Master of Science in Cybersecurity

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering

The MS in Mechanical Engineering program is design-oriented and industry-related for the practicing mechanical engineer. Courses provide a foundation in basic theory of modern engineering methods and problem-solving skills. Courses include: Finite Elements, Control, Computer Manufacturing, Numerical Control and Robotic Applications, and Computational Fluid Mechanics.
Master of Science in Sustainable Engineering
Following the University's strong commitment to sustainability as stated in the President's Climate Commitment, this interdisciplinary MS in Sustainable Engineering will allow students to take a set of core courses along with electives in a track of their choosing. Current tracks include Alternate and Renewable Energy, Sustainable Materials, Sustainable Infrastructure & Built Environment, Environmental Sustainability, and Water Resources Sustainability.
Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering
The interdisciplinary MS in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering program concentrates on the treatment and disposal of traditional and hazardous contaminate wastes for environmental engineers, surface and groundwater hydrology, and storm water management for water resource engineers. Courses include: Physical/Chemical/Geological Treatment Processes, Aquatic Chemistry, Microbiology, Residual Management, Contemporary Hydrology, River Behavior and Regulation, and Watershed Modeling.
