The Essentials of Human Resource Management
An introductory course in human resource management is offered in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This course should assist line managers and supervisors to develop basic human resource skills needed to manage employees effectively and to introduce human resource administrative staff and new professionals to the fundamentals of the field. Earn HRCI Continuing Education Hours through Villanova University
HR professionals who are PHR/SPHR certified can earn 30 re-certification hours with the HR Certification Institute by enrolling in PayTrain® Fundamentals. Click here for more information and to register.
In addition, HR professionals can earn re-certification hours with the HR Certification Institute by taking weekend seminars. These seminars are held throughout all academic semesters on one Friday evening and one Saturday, per course.
