Credits from electives counting toward two or more specializations can be applied toward both specializations.
For those students who choose not to specialize, a general business MBA will be awarded upon successfulcompletion of the program requirements
The Online Track includes two residency experiences. All Students are required to attend the campus-based Leadership Challenge three-day residency within the first or second semester of the program. Focusing on essential team-building skills, this class provides an environment for students to engage in group work and begin to develop a learning community with their classmates
The second, optional residency is an international immersion offered to interested students as part of the final capstone, the Global Practicum. In this course, students incorporate all knowledge gained in the MBA program to explore possible solutions to current market issues that are challenging global organizations or conduct extensive research on various industries. The associated seven-day immersion experience will allow students to directly interact with classmates and faculty while exploring the business and cultural aspects of another country. Those who are not able to travel will complete a domestic equivalent of this course.
