Application Process

In order to be admitted to the joint program, you must first apply and be admitted to Villanova University School of Law. You then must apply separately to the Villanova MBA Flex Track program to begin the MBA program during the summer between your 1L and 2L years.

Application Deadlines

Fall Semester: 6/30
Spring Semester: 11/15
Summer Semester: 3/31

Application Requirements

  1. Completed online application for admission
  2. Official transcripts of academic credentials
    One official transcript from each undergraduate or graduate institution attended 
  3. Two letters of recommendation
    Recommendations can be professional references from individuals who know you in an employment setting (internships work as well) and are written by a current/previous supervisor. For those students who do not have work experience academic recommendations are welcomed. Please refrain from using personal recommendations (family, friends, etc.). 
  4. Resume
    Please prepare a business resume that includes your educational and professional information. 
  5. Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
    Applicants are required to take the GMAT. Please arrange for official reports to be sent directly to Villanova University (Program Code: 8PP-NJ-52). We do not accept the GRE score in place of the GMAT. The Admissions Committee will consider your highest score if you have taken the test more than once. For more information about the GMAT test and how to register, please visit www.mba.com. 
  6. Two Essays
    The essay questions can be found on the online application.
  7. Non-refundable $50 application fee
    All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $50. The fee is to be paid by credit card on the online application site when you submit.
  8. TOEFL Exam (International applicants only)
    International applicants must submit a TOEFL score and a transcript evaluation.
