Admission to the Villanova Executive MBA Program is competitive in nature and the committee is focused on selecting the best candidates for the program. The review of applications is holistic and all elements of the application are carefully weighed. The rigor of the selection process remains consistent through the admissions cycle. As soon as an admissions package is complete and an interview has been conducted, the Admission Committee will render a decision.

Application Requirements
- Online Application inclusive of one essay question.
The personal essay will be uploaded as a component of the online application.
- Current Resume uploaded via the online application system.
- Official Academic Transcripts
Transcripts from each institution of higher learning must be sent in a sealed envelope directly from the institution to the Executive MBA program office (601 County Line Road, Radnor, PA 19087). For those students who hold a degree from an international university, we require a course-by-course evaluation from a translation service such as WES or ECE.
- Test Scores
The Villanova Executive MBA Program does not require the GMAT.
- Two Confidential Recommendation Forms
Recommendations can be emailed to the admissions committee at emba@villanova.edu. Recommendations should address how the applicant will benefit from an MBA. At least one of the recommendations should be completed by a supervisor or colleague who is familiar with the applicant’s professional abilities and potential.
- Non-Refundable Application Fee ($50)
The application fee must be paid online by credit card and is the final step prior to submitting the application. - Admissions Interview
A member of the admissions committee will contact you to schedule an interview after all components of the application have been submitted.
If an applicant is accepted and subsequently enrolls, a sponsorship letter from the applicant’s employer in support of the time commitment required to participate in the program must be sent separately to the Executive MBA program office (601 County Line Road, Radnor, PA 19087). The letter should be composed on company letterhead and be signed by an appropriate corporate representative, specifically stating support of the time commitment and any financial support that will be provided.
