Our Credentials. Our Network. Our Approach.
Through our innovative curricular approach, the Villanova Executive MBA program focuses on transforming the rising executive into an effective executive—one who can anticipate change, adapt to shifting conditions, and creatively problem solve in an ever-changing world. The curriculum features six strategic content streams delivered throughout the 21-month EMBA experience.
- Systems Thinking and Design
- Leadership Development
- Measurement & Performance Systems
- Global Markets & Environment
- Technology, Innovation & Growth
- Ethics & Corporate Responsibility
Systems Thinking is the foundation of the Villanova EMBA program, and it is led by one of the original contributors to the third generation of Systems Thinking—Jamshid Gharajedaghi. Systems Thinking equips students with an interdisciplinary, strategic approach to problem solving, encouraging them to think beyond functional silos and appreciate how their actions affect an organization as a whole.
The EMBA experience is really a 21-month transformation. You rewire your thinking processes, you interact with cohorts from a broad spectrum of abilities and backgrounds, you travel to a distant land, and you achieve this with fantastic faculty who bring a good balance of academic and real business experience. The results ultimately lead you to bigger and better endeavors.
