4th Annual Villanova Real Estate Challenge

The Villanova Real Estate Challenge is a national real estate development case competition for students from the top undergraduate real estate programs in the United States. The Challenge is hosted by the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at the Villanova School of Business. The event will expose sponsoring firms to the next generation of real estate leaders.
The Challenge will be comprised of 16 schools, representing the top undergraduate real estate programs from around the nation. Each team will be comprised of four students and an advisor, and finalist teams from each four first-round competitions will advance to the final round presentations. Student presentations will be judged by senior executives representing top firms from all areas of the commercial real estate industry. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top teams.
