The Center for the Study of Church Management tands ready to visit individual dioceses to provide on-site education in Church Leadership and Administration. Presentation can be tailored for priests, parish busienss managers, parish finance council mebmers, diocsean staff, or any other diocesan group. It is clearly much more cost effective for our team to visit a diocese on-site than it is for the diocese to send their personnel to us. Presentations can be done at one time over a few-day period, or spread throughout the year in quarterly or monthly sessions.
Among the modules currently available are the following. All modules are presented in blocks of three hours, except where noted. We are happy to customize these modules, or add other modules, based on the needs of the individual diocese.
