There is no cookie-cutter version of what makes a successful leader—but there are ingredients that we know are absolutely critical. Ambition. The ability to collaborate. Ethics. Intellectual curiosity. Integrity. Social responsibility. An awareness of the global marketplace. The desire to stay current. An open mind. A creative spirit. These ingredients run through our community at the Villanova School of Business (VSB)—and they are indicators of the type of students who are the best fit at VSB. We hope you will take the time to meet our students, faculty, and alumni.

The VSB MBA program is enhanced by opportunities to help students gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the international community. Of particulate note, all students have the ability to participate in an international journey as part of the required capstone course, MBA-8920 Global Practicum, through select international immersion elective offerings, or through an IB Specialization.

The VSB Executive MBA is designed for todays experienced, working professional. The curriculum is rooted in the concept of Systems Thinking and comprised of five major themes and associated classes. The international business theme includes the following classes: Economics, Global Management, Lessons for an Uncertain World and a required international immersion.
