Undergraduate Student Managed Funds

The undergraduate Student Managed Funds class at Villanova began in the spring of 2004 with a $100,000 investment from Maria and Stephen Stumpf, in memory of Eugene Arnone and Lawrence Lerer. In 2015, the Drew O’Donoghue Healthcare Sector fund was initiated, and is now also funded with $100,000. The fund was created in memory of Drew O’Donoghue, a Villanova student, by virtue of an endowment from his family and friends. These funds employ a socially responsible, top-down investment strategy, with a focus on sector and industry rotation.
