Welcome to Villanova Track and Field Camp. We are committed to providing a camp that is both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn! Our staff is dedicated to the development and growth of athletes of all skill levels.
Villanova Track and Field Camps offer an opportunity for players to receive valuable training while being evaluated by college coaches. Our goal is to provide a positive and instrumental learning experience for all, in a structured, enthusiastic and fun environment.
About the Camp
Join the Villanova Track & Field & Cross Country coaching staff for some excellent days of training, conditioning, and fun on the mainline. The 2016 Track and Field Camp will be held at Villanova University. Overnight campers will stay on campus at Villanova. Day Campers are provided lunch on campus.
Villanova Track & Field Camp provides the foundation for your track and Field season and career. Train with experienced coaches, NCAA All-Americans, Big East Champions, and top collegiate athletes for your event and learn from special guest speakers.
Enjoy both individual and small group instructions. Interactive seminars include materials on: flexibility, nutrition, technique, conditioning, and proper footwear.
The camp will cover all track & field events except for the pole vault and hammer throw. A certified trainer is on staff.
