Choosing a Major
As can be noted, a specific major is not required. Students should thus select a major they would enjoy. The more they enjoy what they are doing, the better their grades should be. The better the academic record, the better the candidate for the programs of interest. It is incumbent upon the student to know the pre-requisite courses and how to meet the requirements in a timely manner. Course selection should be done in close coordination with the Health Professions Advisor who can be contacted at 610-519-4833 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information on the pre-requisite courses for many of the better-known health professions can be obtained by clicking on the links on the left. Information on some of the lesser-known professions can be obtained by clicking on the Allied Health link.
