Psychology is the basic and applied science of mind and behavior. Psychologists use the methods of both natural and social science in order to advance our knowledge and understanding of thought, emotion, and behavior in humans and other organisms. Psychologists apply their knowledge of behavior and mental processes in order to improve the conditions of individuals and society.
Our department offers undergraduate majors in psychology and in cognitive and behavioral neuroscience, as well as a graduate program offering a Master's degrees in psychology and human resource development. We encourage you to view our current departmental news and events, learn more about our programs and research, and meet our faculty.
