Welcome to the Philosophy Department website where you can meet our faculty, view our lecture schedule and learn more about our undergraduate and graduate programs.
The Philosophy Department has more than 20 full-time faculty members and has a strong commitment to both teaching (six faculty members have won teaching awards) and to research. Besides publishing widely in philosophy and editing several journals, a number of the faculty members have consulting relationships in fields such as health care, engineering, human services and public policy.
