Mission
To provide a representation of the national ensign where needed, and to teach unit integrity and pride for the Navy and for the flag.
Color Guard Events
- Colors Detail for all home football and basketball games.
- Inter-collegiate NROTC competitions at least two times a year.
- NROTC representation at both local and national parades.
- Colors detail for Philadelphia Eagles' football games.
- Colors Detail and Sword bearers for ceremonial events.
Program
Details usually are comprised of 5 or 6 Color Guard members.
- Both freshmen and sophomores can join the program.
- The indoctrination period lasts 6 weeks, providing the instruction, bearing, and the discipline necessary for the execution of a Color Guard detail.
