11.13.2012 VILLANOVA, Pa. – On November 11, 2012, CBS’ “60 Minutes” featured Ryan Costella ’04 A&S and his work with Dream Do it Nevada, a statewide effort to tackle the skills gap and create a highly skilled workforce in Nevada.
Ryan is a magna cum laude graduate of Villanova’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where he majored in English and Political Science. He is the director of Strategic Initiatives at Click Bond, Inc. in Carson City, Nevada, where he specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, government relations, and workforce development.
Ryan was recently named one of Reno-Tahoe’s “Twenty Under 40” for his work with Empowerment Nevada and as a member of the leadership team of Dream It Do It Nevada. In 2009, Ryan received the College of Arts and Sciences Young Alumni Medallion and in 2006 was named a Regional Finalist for the White House Fellowship. In 2004, he became a Rhodes Scholarship Finalist for the State of Nevada, won an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and was awarded a U.S. Fulbright Grant to China.
