Attending Villanova for my master's degree (in HRD) was one of the best professional decisions I ever made.
I found the program rigorous and rewarding. The faculty offered current and comprehensive industry knowledge. The core curriculum was grounded in the business of human resources; the electives were varied and relevant. The course designs complemented the subject matter, and there was an appropriate balance of individual and group projects.
The support of both faculty and students contributed to my success in the program. I highly recommend the Villanova (HRD) Program.

Affordability
The total cost of the campus HRD degree program is less than all but one of the other local institutions which provide programs in the HR arena. Those other programs typically have a higher base tuition rate and many require more credits to graduate. Our students can attend full-time which allows them to qualify for financial assistance and potentially for merit-based scholarships and assistantships.
Real-World Expertise
Courses are taught by tenured faculty and experienced adjunct instructors who are respected HR professionals. All instructors strive to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world application. For more than thirty years, the HRD faculty members have been actively engaged and have served as leaders in area professional associations.
Convenient Location
Villanova is only 12 miles west of Philadelphia and is easily accessible by car, train or bus, with mass transit stops located right on campus.
Students can also take the entire program through distance education. To learn more about the online option, speak with an online advisor at www.villanovaU.com.
