“The HRD curriculum offered all of the components that I was looking for in a Graduate degree program. From a varying range of functional course choices, real-world expertise from the professors, and a blend of knowledge based theory and strategic application – I knew this was the program for me. As I look back at my time at Villanova, I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve as President of the Villanova SHRM Chapter. This turned out to be the ideal opportunity to help me grow both in a leadership role and as a responsible and respected member of the SHRM community at large. The initiatives from our SHRM Chapter were actively supported by the HRD staff and faculty and played an integral role in the alignment of the mission of the HRD Program with the success of its students.”
