Students in the MS in Human Resource Development program must complete a 3-credit internship of 120 hours in an approved position.

All students in the MS in Human Resource Development program must pass one of the qualifying certification examinations in order to complete their degree requirements.

Degrees are conferred three times throughout the year: May, September, and December.
