Assignments of Graduate Assistants and Tuition Scholars are sent by the department's Chairperson or Program Director to the Graduate Dean's Office before the start of the new academic year. The assignments are usually submitted sometime between the middle and the end of the spring semester. If an assignment is being made for the spring semester, it is generally submitted as soon as the grades are recorded for the fall semester. These assignments should be submitted on the Graduate Assistant and Tuition Scholar Offer form (below). It is important that the name and current address along with the other requested information is entered on this form.
