Many of our students choose Chinese Studies as a minor, combining a UCSD disciplinary major (such as economics orpolitical science) with Chinese Studies courses which prepare them fora career related to China. In addition to coordinating courses on Chinain various departments, the Program in Chinese Studies offers languageand culture courses under its own auspices to round out the availableofferings.
