Do I need to register in advance?
Pre-registration is mandatory for Saturday night's event as well as for on-campus housing. We strongly encourage pre-registration for all other events, to ensure proper space and meal planning. Walk-ups will be accommodated on a space-available basis.

Can I reserve a table at an event?
Our experience has been that assigning seating and/or reserving tables in advance does not work well. Class banners and class table cards will indicate seating areas to facilitate locating your classmates. At all events there will be extra seating so that you and your friends can sit together. On-time arrival will help with seating preferences.

How will I know that my registration has been received and processed?
When you register, you will be sent a confirmation via email. Late registrants will be accommodated on a space-available basis and should go to the Reunion Registration area in Garey Hall upon arrival to campus.

Are refunds allowed?
Cancellations up until May 23, 2015 will be refunded.

What if I arrive on campus outside of On-Campus Housing registration hours?
If you have registered for accommodations on campus and arrive after hours, there will be instructions at the registration area in Garey Hall as well as at residence hall doors for how to contact the on-call staff member.

All Class Years
Villanova alumni from all class years are invited to attend Reunion! For Reunion 2015, members of class years ending in 0 or 5 will have special reunion events, although the majority of events are open to alumni from all class years.

Spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend. Pets, however, are not allowed to attend (with the exception of seeing eye dogs).

Reunion events are child-friendly. The Family Picnic will include entertainment for children (face painter, magician and balloon figures), the Wildcat mascot and Student-Athletes.

Find Out Who Else is Attending
At registration, there will be a posted list of registered alumni. To obtain contact information for another alumnus before Reunion, you may look them up via the NovaNetwork Online.

Recommended attire for special events is listed below. For all other daytime events, casual attire is appropriate.

Make sure to consult the weather forecast, as summer weather at Villanova can be unpredictable. The weather can be warm during the day, so plan accordingly. Evenings can be cool - a jacket or sweater may be necessary. Temperatures may vary by room and venue, so for your own comfort, we recommend that you dress in layers.

Golf carts will be available to assist anyone with mobility issues.

You may park in the parking lots on West Campus, South Campus, as well as the main parking lots on Lancaster Avenue, at any time throughout the weekend.
