Freshman Match Research Presentations
Connelly Center, Villanova Room

The Villanova Match Research program provides opportunities for motivated first year students to pursue undergraduate research in the Spring semester.  Freshmen apply to faculty-led research projects in order to gain experience as research assistants and in turn conduct research for 10 hours per week during the Spring semester. Early on in their time at Villanova, these students have the unique opportunity to get a feel for the types of research conducted by students and faculty across all disciplines. The Spring 2015 projects represent ongoing research in all Colleges, from Finance to Civil Engineering, Biology, Psychology and more. Freshman Match students will give short presentations on their projects and speak of their experiences conducting research at Villanova.
