Cheryl Carleton, PhD

Hello from the Villanova WPN!

Happy New Year! I hope you all had wonderful holidays filled with family, friends, and celebrations. As you are settling into the New Year, please take a few minutes to read this edition of our newsletter where we are continuing our 2016 theme: "Empowering Ourselves and Others."

This newsletter includes sections on "Recognizing Outstanding Villanova Women," which highlights Michele Gianforcaro ‘89, and our "We're in the World" column where we hear about experiences in Peru.

We have a new section to the newsletter by Dr. Lynn Brooks featuring senior women leaders. This winter, Cathy Engelbert of Deloitte LLC and her insights on sponsorship are discussed.

We have several events already scheduled for the spring that are listed below, with more still to come. Additional details and a complete schedule of events are continually updated on the VWPN website.
